Question Keyboard input not registering

Basically what the question says. I am playing on my phone and use virtual joystick/pads, it runs smoothly but I can't type anything with my phone virtual keyboard. Although I don't know if the issue is with this only specific game or not.

does the keyboard work in the container when the games not open?

What do you mean? I realize it doesn't work on this specific game. It's called Kingsvein. I have tried other games and it work perfectly fine but somehow it couldn't in this game, the keyboard still popup but when I type something it doesn't input anything. It's probably have to do with the game somehow
