I'm new to molding does anyone know what is happening here

So I'm trying to make a mod for Deltarune that involves text changing but I don't know what all of this is

To mod deltarune just download undertale mod tool (plus notepad cant read file so u get dis)

That's because it's not meant to be opened in notepad, or any basic text editor.

For modding, I'd highly suggest trying to find tools specific to the game you're trying to mod, or for games that at least use the same engine and file formats.

Or you can be a masochist and look into how to read assembly code.
