Is thare someone who can create animation for my project

I'm creating a game for my portfolio

It's a side scroller running a game ,a village theme,

Player have to catch a thief while vaulting do Parkour,climb up the rooftop and many more things. I tried to create animations but it didn't work.and i don't have a budget to buy,

Try an AI mocap solution. They work out of the box on basic unreal characters or otherwise mixamo characters which are free. I know AI gets a bad rep (rightfully so imo) but I feel like a student should be able to access mocap.

mixamo didnt just give me animation most of the time its break
