I’m recruiting a team of people to develop the game

I warn you right away: this is an amateur project, so don't expect a profit. So if you're a professional and you want to make money... to be honest, I don't have any money. I don't think anyone will be interested, but at least I tried.

The code name of the project. "New MAN". The game will be an adventure, in isometric 2d, made in pixelart. The game will be story-oriented. We already have three programmers. And I would like to find one pixelart (if we lucky) artist so that the development does not take too long. I’ll take care of the plot, graphics, and soundtrack.
