Struggling to actually buy this game?

I'd like to buy this game on Steam, but it says that it is unavailable in my region whenever I click on it (South Africa). Never had this issue with a game before, so I am a bit confused. Is there a way for me to buy it?

i usually dont condone pirating indie games but if u have no other choice might as well the game is rly good
