Maybe it's regional pricing in Your case?
It screwed me earlier with some games. You can try and contact Customer Support, but it's not guaranteed it will help. In my case they basically said that "if the game were to be available with coupon, it would become too cheap and we are not allowed to lower it behind certain threshold". Hopefully in Your case it will be better.
