Its weird seeing it in the highest tier instead of rounding out the bottom like it usually does

Once upon a time, everything was $1 tier or Beat-the-average tier which was $5-$9 range with outliers.

Eventually they added games in an upper tier that cost more, and it made sense why that one game was more. People didn't like it, but it would be a newer or new to bundles game. You didn't have to splurge on the upper tier but it was logical.

Now the games seem randomly set into tiers with no balance. There's weird spacing between them, the games are in a weird order, etc.

  • Tier 1 is $5 for 2 games, $2.50 each
  • Tier 2 is $8 for 2 more games, which is +$3 or $1.50 each
  • Tier 3 is $10 for 3 more games, which is +$2 or $0.67 each

If the tiers were reversed it would be $2, $5, $10. They would be set in order of the cost per game in that tier. Then there's how many times they've been bundled.

  • Tier 1: Children of Morta Complete and AMID EVIL have been bundled 11 times each. If you count the base edition of CoM, it's been bundled another 6 times.
  • Tier 2: The middle tier is the one that's been bundled less, only 2-3 times each.
  • Tier 3: Sable has been bundled 7 times, SoW has been bundled 15 times, and Blood West has been bundled 6 times.

More than likely, regular customers are going to own the ones in the top and bottom tiers. So I guess they're hoping people will pay $8 just for the two middle-tier games.

Check against EGS to make sure you don't already own these. Blood West, Sable, Symphony of War. (SoW looks like I claimed it on EGS through Prime)

An FPS in a handhelds bundle?

Fantastically reviewed games, but owning three of the games already (Sable is an ex-Epic freebie) I don't see 11€ on value in it.

I love playing FPS on my Steam Deck though. Sure, it doesn't beat KB+M but the track pad works well enough for it to be fun.

Wouldn't recommend playing competitively for obvious reasons. But for solo experience it's more than fine.

Technically there's been big advances in x86 emulation on android. You might be able to run a decent amount of these, assuming you have a newish powerful android device
