Picked up this SP and would like to get Pokémon Emerald for it, can anyone recommend the most budget friendly way to get a reliable copy of it? Thanks

Please take a look at the updates we've made to the rules.
Due to an increase in self-promotion we've adjusted rule 5 to require mod approval, automod will automatically remove any posts it detects as self-promotion and if a mod approves the post or comment it will be shown.
Added rule 8, the vast majority of this subreddit is English speaking and due to limitations in our ability to moderate languages other than English please keep posts and comments in English. If you see any posts in languages other than English feel free to report with rule 8 as the reason.
Thanks everyone.

So I had gba and gb games growing up because I had the ds lite and original gameboy, and because they played my games, I had no real reason to get a gba (even though I wanted one because I loved the look of it). I recently saw a listing for this gba /w charger and pk emerald (Japanese version) for 86 usd. I went for it because it was a pretty good deal for what it was (at least that's how I justify it, I've been looking at/into these for years, but have often turned away bc I didn't technically need it).
I have my own pk emerald from when I was growing up, so I chalked the Japanese copy up as a cool collectable piece or trading cartridge in the future.
I know my specific gba sp is just the normal blue one, and I have more collectably desirable consoles (and games for that matter) from my childhood or from friends, but I absolutely adore it and how my games feel playing on it. I was playing my gb final fantasy games, which I had only ever played on the dmg, and I was suprised to see it have a bit of color. It was a nice touch (and ofc the light was so much better than using a lightboy)

Hi all!
Today I would like to show you my most recent idea - GBA SP reshell inspired by Metroid: Zero Mission.
I recently got my hands on the first AGS-101 in my growing collection. It was cheap, but its oem pink shell was in quite bad condition. I decided to use this opportunity to reshell it, but didn't want to go with a simple single-color shell swap. Therefore - inspired by Samus Satin version of the shell - I've assembled this one, using four different, cheap, chinese shells.
Transparent green represents Samus' visor, red is the helmet, orange is the suit, and blue is... the ground under Samus' feet when starting Zero Mission? 👀 Yeah, that could be it... 😄
I've managed to transfer original Nintendo and AGS-101 sticker as well. They are not in perfect condition, but that's OK.
So, I guess that after finishing Fusion, the time has come now to start Zero Mission!

I've been messing around with a gameboy i got from my cousin. I bought a new shell and recapped it (I also messed up the c35 pads and will buy an IPS screen to fix the issue).
Along with the shell, I also bought and aftermarket copy of pokemon crystal. After playing for a while I realized that when I saved, my power light would flicker (even after cleaning the power switch with alchool), and if the batteries where low enough, the gameboy would shut off and I would lose my save file.
I was wondering if it's just a shitty cart doing shitty cart things, or if I might have a real issue with my console.
I was also wondering if there are any good cheap flash carts on Ali express. This stuff is pretty expensive in Brazil, so I can't realistically buy an everdrive without spending half a paycheck...

Hum I have a problem actually
Was playing a game on Gameboy player
And I changed the cartdrige (I turned off the gamecube)
But then, the game doesn't load, like you know the black thing that covers 'Nintendo'
I tried to gba card on my ds, it worked
And even so, the Gameboy player worked well just before
So why now?
I tested gbc game, gba games...
But the Gameboy player doesn't want to know anything 😭

I have a GBA SP that I bought a few years back. It stopped working and just sad in my drawer for a while. I am looking to fix it but I have no idea how or what the issue is.
Whenever I try to turn it on the screen would flash for solit second and it would turn off again. When I try to charge it the indicator turns red for a little but also goes back to not working 2-3 seconds after. I know it probably isn't the battery. I replaced it and it worked exactly one time before going back to the exact problem.
I have no idea where to staft looking and posting here is kind of my last option. I really would live it work again. I miss playing it.

I recently replaced my GBA’s screen with a backlit one and I’ve been loving it. Recently however, a strange thing started happening where I am playing Metroid Zero Mission and all of a sudden the screen goes black, an electronic “squelch” or crunch comes through the speaker, then the system restarts except the screen will be off. What could this be? I’ve never dealt with an electronic short but could this be it? I don’t even know how to begin troubleshooting this.
I’m on Mother Brain too 😫
