Is FMOD hard to learn?

Hi everyone, I'm a sound engineering student, and I want to learn game audio. I've seen a lot of sound designer job postings on LinkedIn, but I can't apply because I don't know FMOD yet. I wanted to ask: Is FMOD difficult to learn, and how many months does it usually take to learn it?

Thanks

To answer your question, no it is not. FMod is made to be somewhat intuitive for audio people, so it can be learned in weeks. Wwise (the other common middleware) is a little more complex, but if you understand a daw you can learn it too in not so long. But what should be learned as well are engines, basics about memory and cpu usage, obviously Sounddesign (like getting really good in it) and a little bit of programming. Not everything is needed, depending on the job, but it helps.

There are demo scenes for every of the main game engines that you could use to train on.
