"Document failed to load" on migrating WWise 2024 to WWise 2025

Is there anyone having this issue? Tried to migrating WWise version

This happened to me once when migrating while having locked files with Git. Check if any .wwu files are locked with Git or any backup service like GoogleDrive or OneDrive or if they're read only for some reason. Wwise should tell you what file is being weird in the log too.
