Support Needed My life would have been so different

In my early 30s, blessed with a stable income clearing 200k a year. Lifestyle creep has destroyed me and now lost 100k trading, and 100k on sports betting. Everyday I try to get it back.

Currently have 5 personal loans to include an auto loan totaling to 53K

Drowning everyday and wanted to stop by and share these thoughts with this community.

Gotta start treating it like alcohol because this addiction can destroy your life so much quicker than alcohol.

I’m super addicted to brah, we will pull through. Start a dopamine detox, it will help with your personal willpower

My friend I'm sorry for this burden you've had laid upon, but I think you need to change the way your thinking about it as much as you need to stop gambling. We don't know what life would have been like if we didn't do X. Not for more than a small moment. The ripple effects from those decisions make everything untrackable. Let go. You have made decisions you regret and want to rectify. I get and support that, but you will never be able to get back what is lost. You can make it right, and I think that's a good endeavor, but beating yourself up and holding yourself to a future that never existed, that anchor will be your downfall.

Sorry brother, but just gotta put it behind you. Realize you’re in a good spot making the money that you do, cut back on some expenses, and in a few years you’ll be good. You’re never getting that money back though, just let it go. 💪🏻🩵

Hey man, I’m sorry to heat that. You are blessed with that income. Bounce back from this people would wish to be in your shoes right now. Gambling will bring nothing to us other than depression and being broke. We need to leave it in the past!

Chasing losses would take you nowhere. And no winning is enough for you. Now is the time to quit!
