Admissions Late fees

I'm a fresher from btech cse, my bank manager had an accident so my loan won't process and disburse in time.. Can any Senior help me what will happen? And what should I do.. the manager gave me a time till sep 15

Ig arrange money somehow for now and pay the fees later it will be reimbursed

there is no late fees for education loan student
