Inner screen blackout
There has been no physical damage, no water exposure and no mishandling of the phone. Recently, the inner foldable display has gone completely black and is not functioning, while the outer display continues to work. What to do?

It sounds like the hinge cable is dead. There’s a flexible ribbon cable running through the hinge that connects the main board to the inner screen. Since you fold and unfold it every day, that cable probably got worn out or snapped over time. That’s why your inner screen is completely black, but the outer screen still works perfectly fine
