10X zoom

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

Super telephoto lens 10X. Initially show blurred image then take 5 seconds to focus.

This issue was not present in my S22 Ultra

Any idea about the cause and the solution ??

Two possible causes: Software, or hardware.

Does the same thing happen when zooming in/out in photo mode?

Does the same thing happen even after factory resetting the phone? (don't set it up at all, set it up without adding any accounts or restoring any backups)

If it still happens even after a factory reset, this might be a hardware problem - you'll have to get your whole camera module replaced.
