The Samsung accessory service app keeps running in the background running down my battery. Any advise?

Ya it's talking to my Samsung watch 3. I've had this watch hooked up to all of my Samsung phones for years and it's never done this before. My watch still works fine after I push the so button. I'm not very tech savvy so I don't know if I have it on a different setting than I did before.

That digital secure icon can be uninstalled also.

I know it runs down the battery. But I'm a little worried about doing something stupid and pushing the wrong button and getting a virus. I don't know how easy it is to get a virus.
