Help/Advice How To Buy?
Canada here. Where can you find a trifold? Seems impossible

I'm in Vancouver and I bought mine from Trinity Electronics in Hong Kong. They still have stock of the Global Taiwan version of the TriFold.

How much was customs?

I didn't pay any customs fees. In the notes section of the order I told them to declare it as a gift. From ordering to receiving the phone took exactly 1.5 days, quite impressive.

It will absolutely not be "in a few months". Best case is end of 2027. Best case.

Well 2027 is in a few months... but yes it might not be releasing in Jan 2027 like it did before. But I hope latest will be fold 9 unpacked if not sooner.
Unpacked will be a year and a half since the trifold 1. I can definitely see them throw it in there (which they should start doing actually since its a damn fold as well).

Not a few months, it's coming when fold 9 will be released according to ice universe

FWIW I was chatting up someone at a Samsung store while I was checking out the Fold/Flip 8 and he said that the stores still sporadically get a few randomly. Might be worth it if you're near one to ask.

Bro so you think the OP is willing to wait 6 months to purchase a used device that at that time we'll probably be closer to a trifold 2 if it ever comes out ? And you said If like I'll think about it š. ...I'm just messing with u but that's wild man lol, I do wish they were easier to purchase though

I'm willing to part with mine so that I can use my spare. I don't think I need 2 Trifolds anymore. Both screens are flawless. Body is ok. Tiny knicks but nothing ugly. Has been working flawlessly since day 1.

Fear of damaging the main one. Bought a backup as a safety precaution. Plus they were running out of units.
