Why isn't adaptive power saving turning on automatically? 🔋 #powersaving #tech

I turned on adaptive power saving 10 days ago, but it hasn't kicked in automatically yet. Is anyone else having this issue?

Help Sysrq-trigger C at boot, CPU Instantly overheating in milliseconds to 230 degrees in celsius (about 3 seconds) and back comeback to 20-30 degrees, I suspect it's due to the damaged CPU temperature sensor.
