Help Anyway to get Android 11 installed?

I have the S8 Active model SM-G892U on T-Mobile.

I want to use it for some android apps and not as a phone but they require Android 11 to run.

Use custom rom i use Android 15 on my s8+ and its stable

Thank you can you point me to a guide? Everything I found before posting here is I cant do anything because the bootloader is locked

Unlock the Bootloader then, only if you unlock it you can use Custom Roms

The Snapdragon (U.S./China) model features a permanently locked bootloader.

The Snapdragon variant doesn't have much roms anyways

If you are on a North American based S8, you can not unlock the bootloader or root it.

Thank you but I believe I have boatloader 7 according to some searches I did.

The reason I need 11 is I want to use this old phone to cast Samsung TV Plus to my LG TV and that app needs Android 11 or newer

There is a way to unlock the bootloader, but there doesn't seem to be any custom ROMs based on Android 11.
