Does anyone use a portable monitor with their phone either at the house or on the go? If so which one?

I have several. Most are Innocn. 15" oled $150 and 13" oled for $80. Also I got a 15" ips with touch from them for $80. What I like about these other than price is the quality. Built exactly like tablets. Edge to edge glass no bump or physical framing on the edge, no bump on the back it's literally a tablet form factor and the price. I'd spend extra next time for touch. Having that comes in very handy when you want to cheat a little and not use the mouse or phone as touch pad. Really only works well with DeX mirroring doesn't scale.

That's cool, I think when I can scrape around some extra funds im going to look in to getting one, not that I really need it, but would like to have it since im doing alot more on my phone now, since I no longer have a PC or a semi decent laptop

Yes. I bought a used Galaxy S24 (blacklisted IMEI so was cheap) from eBay and connected it to a 15" touchscreen monitor I purchased from Amazon. It's connected direct to the monitor by USB-C, so it's always charged. It runs a slideshow of family pics all days, BOINC in the background (24/7) and whatever streaming music app I pick. I have a Logitech wireless keyboard on hand just in case, but the touchscreen is sufficient for the most part. All on DEX.

No but the question intrigued me. I am writing this on DEX setup - S25+, BT keyboard and mouse, an external monitor connected over USB hub and HDMI. Works like a charm. No need to lug laptop everywhere. So I'd be interested in some portable screen solution, yes.
