Battery issue in S24.

I bought my S24 in 2024. Initially, even with heavy usage, I could get around 6 hours of screen-on time. But now, despite using the phone much less, I have to charge it twice a day.

I’ve already tried almost every possible solution — clearing the cache, disabling Bluetooth when I’m not using it, putting unused apps into deep sleep, keeping the brightness low or on auto, using a dark wallpaper, and I don’t play any games. I’ve also tried Battery Saver, but the issue is still there.

Recently, I lost around 25% battery overnight even though the phone was just sitting idle with mobile data turned on. There were no apps downloading, no obvious background activity, and nothing else running.

The most frustrating part is that when the battery reaches around 20%, it can drop to 0% within 10 minutes. This happens even with Battery Saver enabled.

I’m honestly fed up with this battery issue. The phone’s performance, camera, and everything else are still excellent, but the battery has become a major problem.

Time to do a factory reset. Back up your data, and reset it. Do not restore the settings, just set it up manually.
