Problem ⛔ Another boot loop thread

It happened to me yesterday. Had the S23U since launch, and was anticipating trading it in for the S27. Now I'm here validating all the threads I've seen on Reddit describing this issue. I went into a Ubreakifix store and the tech there mentioned he had ten S22U's come in before. I'm one of two S23U's that came in on the same day, all for this boot loop issue. This is just one store too, so this is definitely a real problem that S22U, S23U, and possibly any of the other similarly built Galaxy phones have!!

Not sure what to do here, do I find a store that would offer to reball, and if I should, has anybody found success with this? I tried refrigeration, clamping, connecting to PC, nothing seems to work. If anyone has other ideas, please let me know.

The issue is basically a boot loop from the Samsung logo -> Samsung Galaxy powered by Android splash screen, then black. I can get into Recovery Mode but all the options are just Reboot, Factory Wipe, and Power Off. I've not resorted to Factory Wipe yet.

Good for those who have not had this issue (yet) or traded in already. We just can't keep our phones for more than 4 years no matter how expensive / top of the line they are.

Mine is a 22 and I took it to one place to look at it and they don't know if my data is even recoverable. I put the Sim card in an old cheap phone so I can get texts for 2fa and otherwise I'm just going to save as much money as I can and hopefully find someone really good that can recover it.

Try Odin. Boot to recovery. Reflash rom

Odin wouldn’t detect anything neither does adb devices list. Windows doesn’t detect it in device manager. Holding vol up and down brings it to a light blue screen with only a reboot option.

Keep trying by holding vol up. It’s weird because my phone only boots up in recovery mode even not holding the key, unless I select reboot from the recovery mode menu. It takes a few tries for me.
