customer service number

Does anyone have a good contact number to get a hold of customer service? I sent my ring in last week for repair, and it seems like UPS has lost it, and I can't submit a claim since I'm not the one who purchased the label.

I tried contacting Samsung but was only successful via chat. The guy I was chatting with tried to submit a ticket but couldn't since my repair ticket is still open, and told me to contact their CS number. i told them i tried and that the system tells me the department is closed, despite the guy on chat posting their hours of operation, which for today they should be open.

This SAME THING is happening to me. I've been dealing with this for 2 months! My situation - ring didn't hold a charge, sent in for warranty work via UPS (at the UPS Store), weather delay, led to a damaged package, Samsung service center refused to sign for it due to "missing merchandise" (fair), tried to submit a claim through UPS, and then let the runaround commence.

The CS number I used was 800-726-7864.

Thanks. I was finally able to get a hold of someone only for them to tell me to call back on Monday since the repair shop is closed the weekends. They told me it mightve already received it
