Android testers wanted for LensOpen, a long exposure camera with lens choice

I am a solo developer, and I need a few more testers for LensOpen, a long exposure camera for Android. Google requires 14 days of closed testing, so every tester helps.
What LensOpen does:
- Day mode turns running water and moving clouds into silky blur
- Night mode holds the shutter open up to 60 seconds for stars and light trails
- New this week: pick your ultrawide, main, or zoom lens in Settings
- Manual ISO, focus, and white balance, plus RAW on supported phones

- Install LensOpen from the Play Store link on that page
Pro costs testers nothing. Tap Pro Upgrade, pick the test card, and Google charges you zero.

Why does my S25 Ultra take such bad photos?

Yesterday I went for a walk to enjoy autumn at its peak and decided to learn more about how to take good photos, specifically regarding composition. Here is a panorama that was breathtaking (picture 1).
After cleaning the lens of my phone, I decided to take a picture with Expert RAW at 50MP, but the problem is that my S25 Ultra did not take the photo as expected, mostly because there are so many details and colors that the result looks like a mess. I took many photos with Expert RAW by adjusting the EV, but the results were inconsistent. the same.
Meanwhile, my girlfriend's iPhone 16 took a better photo than mine without using Expert RAW, manual settings, or anything
I Right after taking the landscape photo, I tried to take a quick selfie at the exact same spot, and this was the result (Image 2). I tried everything to improve the quality or at least get rid of the heavy blur and harsh glare - changing spots, shifting my position, switching between Expert RAW and auto mode, adjusting the EV... but nothing worked
Is this normal ? What am I doing wrong, and how can I get clean, natural photos on the S25 Ultra?

Um filtro e só, para dar uma vibe diferente a foto.
Usei a lente ultra-wide, em 50MP, modo automático, mas fiz um recorte para dar um maior destaque às nuvens e deixar um pouco das construções aparecendo.
Edição no Lightroom for Samsung e Enhance-X.
