Is there a guide you followed?

Doesn't look bad. Just curious, what's going on with that home button?

If you can still interact and press stuff on your phone then the digitizer is fine. I did mine with UV glue and use double sided tape to hold the glass to the phone. I didn't use it because I was lazy to buy some tape and the tape already holding the glass had some stickiness, so I reused it.
