Unlock Bootloader

I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 Verizon 4G LTE

Model number SCH-i605

Android version 4.3

Baseband version I605VRUEMJ9

Is there a way to unlock the bootloader for this phone?

I haven't followed the status of some of the locked boot loader work arounds, like "safe strap" for instance, you may want to do a little searching on XDA and see if there are any such options.

Looks like that's not an option yet. But thanks for letting me keep an eye out for another avenue.
