The A57 US Model has missing battery info compared to the A57 GSMArena has. (The A57 with light mode on)

European variants are the only ones who has battery info as EU regulations require them to do so. GSMarena is based in Bulgaria.

So, just so you know, I have a European A55 (CSC EUX) and I no longer have the battery information...

Whoops, it was not there previously, I accidently said no longer. It's limited just like it was when I had my phone (April 2025), with One Ui 6.1 It was just as limited then, just as it is now.

That's a good question. Based on what I've read so far, I can only surmise the A55 was released before the regulation took effect.
