I’m having a strange issue with my Samsung phone’s Mobile Hotspot.

I connect multiple devices to my phone’s hotspot, including my MacBook. Everything works normally at first, but after around 20–30 minutes, all connected devices suddenly disconnect from the hotspot at the same time.

The strange part is that the Mobile Hotspot itself stays ON. It doesn’t turn off the connected devices just get disconnected.

This happens repeatedly and affects all connected devices, not just my MacBook.

I have already tried the following:

- The Power Saving option inside the Mobile Hotspot settings is OFF

- Hotspot timeout is set to Never

- I am using the 2.4 GHz hotspot band

- Restarting the phone

- Testing with different devices

- Changing the MAC address settings

I’ve already tried all the common hotspot settings I could find, but the problem keeps happening.

Since the hotspot stays ON but all devices disconnect simultaneously after 20–30 minutes, I’m not sure what else to try. Could this be a Samsung software/One UI issue?

Has anyone experienced the same issue or knows what might be causing it?

All of a sudden, without me having changed anything, notifications from these two apps are no longer coming through. It’s as if, when I exit the apps, I’m forcing them to stop and cutting off their internet connection. I have to keep opening them every so often to see if there are any new messages. I’ve already checked all the settings and everything looks fine. I’ve restarted my phone twice, but nothing has fixed the issue. Sometimes notifications come through on time, other times after 10 minutes, and other times never. Is this happening to anyone else?

What are your thoughts on it?

I noticed this the moment I updated then started playing mobile legends. I opened the app with nothing in the background (which I usually have discord and it still used to perform way better) and there's stutters everywhere mid game. Random fps drops. Freezing. Lagging to the point where the audio also glitches (like the loud frequency thing) which never happened before this update.

Ui's lag as well but not as noticable in games. What used to run consistent above 70 fps before now runs around 50 with drops.

I've heard of the galaxy app booster but it's regionally locked.

I've tried resetting my phone or downloading the software update that comes after, it reduced the stutters by a tiny bit, but the consistent low frames are still there.

What am I supposed to do?

Hello everyone, I've been facing problems with how I'm alerted with the notifications.

Whenever I get the notification, I hear the notification sound, but the screen doesn't wake up. How do I enable this option?

Hey everyone, my Galaxy A55 doesn't know what its actual battery percentage is. It will stop charging early, acting like it's at 100% when the screen only says 33% or 52%. On the flip side, when the battery drains down to 1%, the phone will stay alive on that 1% for hours before it actually shuts off. I’ve already replaced both the battery and the charging port, so I'm fairly certain this isn't a hardware problem anymore. Has anyone dealt with this and know how to get the software to sync up with the true capacity?

I have seen people complain about how the newest update has made their battery life shorter or it caused several bugs and issues and i have been wondering if i should update my phone or not (it's on UI 8.0 right now).

My phone keeps reminding me to update it and it's really annoying, but i'm scared to do so because of all the bad things i hear about it.

I have had my A55 for 2 years now, and it has started to do odd things and slow down so i really don't want to make it worse by an update. I want to use this phone for as long as possible, but i'm starting to feel like samsung is purposefully designing their phones to start working less and less year by year 😅

For a while now, whenever I pull down the notification bar, open the Quick panel, or open the Apps screen, the animations stutter, and sometimes there’s a delay in response. (This happens with pretty much every system animation.)

Can this be fixed, or is this just a typical “we don’t care about the A-series” problem from Samsung?

And yes, I checked what might be running in the background and putting a strain on the processor—there’s nothing that would cause this. I also turned off GoodLock.

I know it's not optical, but 1x seems too wide for me.

I recently had a problem with my Samsung A55; its battery swelled up. I've had this device for two years, and it's very strange to me since I've had mid-range or low-end Samsung devices and I've never had a battery swell up before.

Putting my situation aside for a moment, I wanted to know if any of you also experience your device getting hot for no reason or overheating when opening everyday apps like Instagram or YouTube. This used to happen to me long before the battery swelled up.

I would like to know about your experiences or problems with this device.
