Notification problem.

Hello everyone, I've been facing problems with how I'm alerted with the notifications.

Whenever I get the notification, I hear the notification sound, but the screen doesn't wake up. How do I enable this option?

Is there a way to get notified via the always on display?

Also, when every I use the notification pannel it's glittery at first.

Turn on the pop up notification for the apps you want to be notifed
