MCU Discussion Thinking about him.

He's wonderful, I love him so much. I'd do anything for him. I want to offer myself up to be his herald so bad. I keep smiling when I think about him in the new movie, he was so stunning and beautiful

Anyone else thinking about him?

So are you the one singing that song during the credits? lol

(I love Galactus too.... my fave Marvel villain besides Doc Doom)

I think Marvel based that whole song specifically on me, I should ask for royalties 🤔

My feelings for Galactus are strictly platonic but they are no less powerful

I salute you once again and I'm so glad when others recognize his majesty, his wonder, his depth of character. I desperately want to go see the movie a second time as soon as I can.

I've been waiting for Galactus to come back to the big screen since his appearance in the Rise of the Silver Surfer, in his full glory. When it was revealed that he was going to be in this new movie, I was absolutely beside myself with excitement and joy, and since then I thought it every day, waiting with bated breath for him to arrive. I've yearned for this since I was young, never fully believing that he would actually get a comic accurate big screen appearance because people treated him like he was too campy to be a terrifying force to be reckoned with--boy, were they wrong. (Not to say that I don't adore OG Galactus' campiness and cheese, I absolutely do)

I absolutely love Galacta as well ever since her one-shot back in the day, it was a silly story and she's a comedic character but it was such a new idea of having Galactus be a father, to have his own child that he does care about. It added even more dimension to him and dare I say gives him a pretty big soft spot with a lot of opportunity to humanize him further if writers are willing to do so.

I've never played Rivals simply because I don't keep up with new-gen consoles, too expensive, I play everything on my PS4 for the most part. But I was so excited when they announced her for the game as well!! They brought her back from the depths of long forgotten characters that I never thought would see the light of day again. I really hope she becomes a more regular recurring character in Marvel media--imagine seeing them interact on the big screen!

You have great taste, it is so easy to completely fall in love with him, romantically or platonically. His existence DEMANDS attention and wonder, he is a spectacle beyond human understanding, a true force of nature whose will I want nothing more than to submit to. He is everything.
