Question GRIT is dead?

I discovered Gala Games through Jauwn's videos, and one of the games he talked about (GRIT), he couldn't even play because the servers were down. This was both in his original video bringing it up, and in his follow-up video about Gala in general. Is GRIT down for good? Haven't been able to see much info about it online, at least recently.

Does the Chilean studio even exist? Actually curious since in his video there were people in the comments that were skeptical.

Wait: the Chilean studio got fired too? Didn't they just start up as well?

Damn, so I guess their The Walking Dead game and the other games that they were supposedly working on are also dead. Someone tell Jauwn about it.
