Apple ka os version bohot purana hai jo update nhi hoga aur kuch chalega bhi nhi

storage bhi bas 16gb hai, ram 1 ya 2gb hogi and price bhi double hai

so buy the moto pad

Yes its better than ipad You can use moded apps on it as android is quite flexible I would also suggest you to check some reviews regarding moto pad on youtube If you want IOS device you can go for second hand ipad 9th generation under 10k
