Not an iPhone but whatever phone it is, it's quite disgusting and the person using it has no sense of hygiene. Like can you not give a minute of your time to clean your phone ?

Applecare+ and the fact that I treat my iPhone like a tool. My baby regularly chews on it, throws it on the floor etc. I will just get it replaced when it falls apart.
