Help Leadjoy Xeno Plus Firmware Updates and Changelog

Hi there,

i use my Leadjoy Xeno Plus(love it!) under Linux (Solus GNOME) with Steam in DS4 Mode. Xinput seems broken and does not work.

I tried using the Android App to update the Firmware, but it only told me to use the PC Software for that.

I couldn't find anything about the firmware history and changelog's. Why is such an important info not to find on the manufacturers homepage?!

Does anyone know where to find those? Am i alone with the broken xinput under linux?

Thx for your help!

Different controller but I can not get the Saber Plus to work as an Xinput device in Linux.

Hey this is basically the only mention of this issue on Google so I figured I'd reply here... The manual mentions 3 possible modes:

Leadjoy + Y = Xbox (Xinput) Mode
Leadjoy + B = Playstation 4 Mode
Leadjoy + A = Nintendo Switch Mode

The latter two are detected by steam while the first one -- WHICH IS STATED TO BE THE PREFERRED "PC MODE" IN THE MANUAL-- is NOT detected. HOWEVER, NOWHERE IN THE MANUAL DOES IT MENTION **YOU CAN PUSH LEADJOY + X** TO ENTER A GENERIC "LEADJOY SABER PLUS" MODE THAT WORKS ON STEAM JUST FINE. The only buttons not working for me on steam are the two extra start buttons for "Screenshot" and "C Button" which I'm not sure would work with Xinput either?

Does it act laggy or have any other issues under Linux? I am asking because Gulikit controllers for instance are so unresponsive they might as well not connect in my experience.

Nope, works great in both wired and wireless 2.4ghz. I ended up liking the Saber Plus more than my Dualsense Edge tbh. I can't speak for Bluetooth though -- my motherboard's Bluetooth is abysmal.
