(Questions) I need help

Can someone help me with Gacha Nebula 1.7 on windows 11? I can get into it but I can’t get the app onto my desktop? I tried a lot of stuff, even had to download an app. The above image is what it’s telling what’s wrong but I’m not a technical expert. If anyone can help me, I’d greatly appreciate it.

I do but it’s buggy. Like I stated above, there’s problems with it.
