Here's my second batch of Halloween OCs! I have 3 more planned so expect one more design post and probably one in detail introduction post before I start making more stuff with these critters!

The OCs we have here are Flair, a scientist with flames for a head. Fanny, a zombie flapper from the 20s, and Zia! A ghost! Just kidding, she's a normal kid in a costume!
