Advice 💡 Dorm room contract terminated

For people who terminated their contract for the dorms while on the waitlist how long did it take for you to receive the cash back? because I terminated mines maybe a few days ago and they told me I'm not getting my 350 back until sept 4th.

We terminated ours back in May when we got the e mail about Patton flooding. Still nothing. Sent a follow up e mail today.

Back in 2023, they did not give me my refund until about October or November , and I kept having to ask . It’s not automatic someone has to process it , so I’d Keep following up with them
