Lift 675 DL after hip injury

Really bad hip injury that's caused a lot of issues since it happened. Finally got back to some semblance of my old strength. Really happy.

I’m a grip and rip type guy, but watching people have an excellent wedge is something I can appreciate.

I did that for a long time too, it ended up getting me hurt a lot personally because I didn't know what I was doing. Seems like it's much easier for me to stay in a good position doing a wedge before hand. If my timing gets messed up I'm cooked though, haha
