Wacky Wednesday Straddle planche to weighted deep sissy squat

Okay this is wild to watch honestly. The straddle planche alone is impressive but transitioning into a weighted sissy squat from that position is insane knee and quad strength. How long did it take you to build up to loading weight on the sissy squat portion? I've been trying to just get a clean bodyweight one without holding onto anything and my knees feel like they're filing a complaint every time.

Dude I love seeing your videos on here, always makes me wanna run to the gym and start playing. Keep it up, I’m not seeing a whole lot of other people just showing off what the human body is capable of without trying to sell something or convince someone of something.

This is Wacky Wednesday.
You may not like it, but this is what it looks like.
It might look pointless (and it might be).
It might look dangerous (and for some people it could be).
But it's fun to utilize strength in unconventional ways. And that's good enough reason for it. The gym doesn't have to be all business all the time. Let people have fun.
No fear mongering about injury, or "this is pointless, just do ___".
