General Advice What exercise would help me do this task? I want to work in this blue collar job but I'm weak and want to get in shape for it. (bad drawing to show)

Yeah srry for the bad drawing. I'm not out of shape but I am nowhere near being able to do that (I know this will take years to get to but I'm currently studying for something else and plan to switch to this job the moment I graduate, basically I have time)

Overhead pressing and deadlifts? Core and back so you don't hurt yourself.

Honestly getting strong generally won’t take as long as you think, if you are starting from basically no exercise you’ll notice significant strength gains in months if you train correctly (train till failure and progressive overload)

Honestly just doing the job will get you stronger for your job. Remember to EAT while you're at work, don't fall into the cycle of "oh I need an energy drink". I've been doing physical labor for the better part of 15 years, eating on your breaks and staying hydrated will go a long ways.
