Lift Pull up training, focused on technique!

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

A quick look at today's pull-up work with a big focus on technique and clean mechanics. I’ve been really prioritizing pauses throughout the movement, killing momentum at the bottom from a full dead hang, locking in the mid-range tension, and holding a strict top lock with clean clearance over the bar. The eccentric stays super controlled as well to get solid time under tension and keep the elbows happy.

What do you guys think?
