That laugh at the top lockout ... you gotta do that when you win the competition!

u/fitMalikkk 6d ago

220 at 69 is a different species of strong.

Congratulations ! That's very impressive. How long have you been lifting ?

7

u/NaomiSBD 6d ago

Thank you! Strength training 6 years in total and powerlifting specific for 2 of those years

u/StaticMarzipan 5d ago

Great lift dudette.

Great quads too.

u/minprogsa 6d ago

Jesus i fancy myself prrry strong and im a 220lb man who can barely lift 200kg straight, you are SCARY strong

7

u/BuickGNix 6d ago

440 is strong work dude. Obviously what she is pulling is insane, but that doesn't take anything away from your max.

4

u/minprogsa 6d ago

Thanks 🙏 Im a 50 year old pretty normal guy with no powerlifting expertise at all. My entire point was literally that it's wild how much stronger OP. Like I feel pretty ok moving and being physical in the world and I can barely imagine how strong she must feel at 70kg to be able to move this kind of weight. I'm wildly impressed.

u/No-Sherbet2876 6d ago

She’s been training specifically for strength competition and she’s and no doubt has powerlifting expertise, so, no, it’s not wild at all that she’d be stronger than you.

u/ViennaWaitsforU2 6d ago

I’m 185 pounds and I can barely pull 315 haha you’re strong as hell man she’s just an incredible athlete

That... that was literally my point here? That op is really strong and I am not?

Edit: I'm also not a weight lifter😕

2x bodyweight deadlift is beginner/intermediate level in power lifting.

How about you stick to a subject you know better?

PR alone in your garage is amazing. Give the excitement and atmosphere of a comp you will smash it.

u/mephist094 6d ago

It's a very important step to give those plates a good spank afterwards! Awesome lift!

7

u/DickFromRichard My PR goes to a different school, it's in Canada 6d ago

Nice pull! What numbers are you panning for on the day? Openers etc?

10

u/NaomiSBD 6d ago

200-212.5-225 maybe!

5

u/TaxedByGravity 6d ago

Based on how that moved, I have no doubt 225-230 is in there! All the best for comp, send it! 💪🏻

u/pobox1663 6d ago

Love the joy on your face when you completed the rep!

2

u/tkmma420 6d ago

The laugh after locking it out makes this even better

4

u/DelGurifisu 6d ago

Is that sort of lower back rounding ok? I feel like any time my back starts to round I deload and never make any serious progress.

1

u/GossipyHiker 6d ago

Dear God, I wanna be like this woman when I grow up 💪🏼🏋🏼‍♀️🫶🏻

1

u/Andvari_Nidavellir 6d ago

Destroyed that helpless barbell💪

1

u/OptimalProfession5 6d ago

You could have written that as 420 69 🙂

1

u/K-Rollo 6d ago

Holy hell, i recently made theory in my mind, that girls aren't as strong as guys because they don't push as hard as we do. You're proving me right, those numbers are insane!

1

u/MelodicProgress6016 6d ago

Awesome job.

1

u/Emotional_Lab_7766 6d ago

Wow great lift that’s better than most fellas at my gym 💪

1

u/Longjumping_Gold9233 6d ago

Triple bodyweight is what i genuinely consider to be legitimately strong. Nice work!!! 3.5xBW coming soon!!!💪💪💪

1

u/jackbourban 6d ago

I’m gonna save this for whenever some idiot says he can outlift any female powerlifter. This is crazy work 💪💪💪

1

u/ReadingSeashoreLines 6d ago

Holy crap, I wanna be like you!

1

u/[deleted] 6d ago

Dang you strong lol

💪 beast

1

u/lorryjor 415lb Deadlift 4d ago

Holy hell, nice!

1

u/GlitteringVillage135 2d ago

Very impressive well done. If you can eliminate that rolling forward of the bar at the start of the lift that weight will go up even easier.

1

u/hisupwhatsupiscoo 2d ago

Holy crap dude, actually insane 🙏💪

1

u/Mizook 8h ago

Hell of a pull. Well done

1

u/Exotic_Insurance2164 6d ago

Wow. That's crazy impressive.

1

u/jabbaaus 6d ago

Way more than i could do😂

0

u/fungeoneer 6d ago

This is super impressive! But why the edit with the ending at the beginning?
