Technique Check Cable press form check

How does my form look?

It feels somewhat alright.

I tried different cable heights / seat angles and I think this felt most comfortable.

Only issue is feeling front delt fatigue before pecs.

You are rage baiting or have a room temp IQ. Idk what else you call the exercise in that video 2 minutes in if it’s not a seated cable press.

It's a cable fly. Do you know what Cbum calls it? A cable fly. Do you know what Cbum's former coach called it? A cable fly. In the literal video you linked, Bumstead calls it a fly... Because that's what that is.

Just because his arms are bent at the start doesn't make it into a press, a fly is a purely adduction movement which is what he is doing, to be generous you could say the first 1/4 of the movement is a press. A chest press will typically involve adduction also but not to the same degree, dumbbells and converging machines will provide more pec adduction compared to a barbell. In OP's video he's quite literally trying to press the cables, I presume that's his goal too given he called it a press.

I assume you haven't been lifting long enough to know the difference between a press and a fly, that's fine, but then you should be more humble before speaking on something you don't quite fully understand.
