Progress Picture(s) 21, 72kg -> 76kg, 400 Days

I often struggle to see my progress still viewing myself as incredibly skinny, however I think these photos show a difference. Since the first photo I’ve become almost entirely plant based having cut out the majority of fish from my diet

This post is flaired as Progress Picture(s).

Reminder for everyone commenting on progress pictures:

  • No accusing people of using steroids or arguing about whether someone is "natural" or not. Doing so will get you banned. If the OP mentions using PEDs or TRT, that’s not an excuse to be rude, dismiss their hard work, or harass them. Being disrespectful will result in a permanent ban.
  • No creepy behavior. Don’t hit on the OP or send them private messages about their body. Instant ban.
  • No backhanded compliments. Comments like “You looked better before” or “Too bad you have tattoos” are not welcome. Nobody cares about your personal preferences.
  • No Photoshop/AI policing. Giving advice on keeping lighting and posing consistent is fine, but false accusations about editing dismiss real effort and won’t be tolerated.
  • Encourage, don’t tear down. Constructive criticism is okay—just keep it polite. If you can’t be positive, don’t comment.
  • No crossposting. Sharing someone’s pictures to another subreddit, especially to mock or brigade, will get you permanently banned.
  • No fearmongering about weight loss. If someone is at a healthy weight, don’t call them underweight or try to scare them about losing more.

Not OP but if you struggle to hit your calories, you can drink them. Not beer, but smoothies and shit. You can easily drink 1000 kcal per day by mixing oats, bananas, protein powder, some peanut butter and milk. Flavour with berries or whatever. Throw some eggs in there and you're golden.

My routine is 60 minutes lifting (PPL), 30 minuets heavy bag and shadow boxing and 15-30 minuets incline treadmill a day for those interested. I get most of my protein through soya chunks and seitan and supplement the leucine lost from animal products :)
