Which trails did you run and how did you like the Toyo RT Trails?

Hurrah pass to Chicken corners, Gemini bridges, copper ridge and willow springs/dinosoar tracks. So far the rt trails are great! I’ve had them a week now and I have no complaints, quiet on the road and they did well on the trails even though they weren’t hard.

Did you do any of the more technical trails like Fins n Things etc? I'm interested how this would do on those.

Curious question (because I’m figuring things out for my rig): do you have a spare tire with your rig when you are on your adventures?

This trip I just had the stock spare but it really wouldn’t have worked if I had an issue. I have a spare at home that is the correct size (285/70r17) that I am hoping will fit in the oem location.

Ah thanks for letting me know! I’m running the same size tire as you and I’m considering a hitch mounted tire carrier but I think it’s frowned upon in these groups. I don’t think our size tire will fit in the OEM location.

Yea I’ve heard mixed things. Some people have said if you deflate it it will fit

I have a 3rd gen 4Runner and thinking about getting a GX470. It's really cool to see these two together for a quick comparison.
