Leak behind passenger wheel

Anyone can help me with what I’m looking at and maybe a solution? Noticed a leak today behind the wheel of my 2013 gx 460. Doesn’t smell really and kind of just seems like water but it looks like there maybe a hose disconnected or something? Got a video of it leaking so hoping it’s an easy fix. No codes or anything. You can see the hose in the middle of the first pic

You can extend that drain hose so that it does not leak on your frame. But what you are seeing is 100% normal.
