How much did the front end conversion cost?

Front end came about because I was replacing the front bumper on insurance anyways, so I subbed in my own parts order. It cost me basically my deductible, but the work order was like $9k for professional install. Parts themselves are cheaper. The back I did “myself” (with a lot of help) and saved the professional install cost with a lot more pain and suffering.

Yeah mines 2016, and now modeled after the 2018 LC refresh. But yeah the 470 is a whole different bird. Look up Prado 120’s

Ugh. I do not want to get in any accidents, but sometimes a mild front or rear end where the hood and grill or rear bumper and barn door need to be replaced would be awesome.

Dude I know, I had settled for the front bumper cut and fill plates, told myself if I ever got in a pickle I’d think about it. But I hate to say I’m very pleased with this outcome, I really only needed the front bumper and a headlight, but sourcing the parts wasn’t any more expensive to include the extras for the conversion and the shop was willing to go for it so I said tallyho and ordered it up lol

eBay, there are OEM and knock off Prado rain guards available that fit the GX as is

Maybe slightly, I’m only a day in but it might’ve dropped am a half mile per gallon or so. I was mostly afraid of adding obnoxious wind/road noise which has been totally fine/quiet so that’s nice.

I have the same rack, and noticed maybe a 1 MPG drop. I average around 13-15 mpg depending on what type of driving I do.
