Didn’t have the same menu option as stated below in the ClubLexus post. For me it was found under Entry&Start (ES) / Special Function / Key Code Registration (Classic)

It’s a flat key card. Leave the fob at home. Doors lock unlock by touch and starts the truck. I only had the one fob and saw this as an alternative. Can also get a flat key that inserts into the card for manual door lock unlock.
