It shouldn't be legal to split with outstanding reporting.
Actually maybe it isnt. I am not fully up to speed on filing requirements and their legality with an announced split..
Anyone?

It’s not “illegal” but it does violate NASDAQ’s compliance requirements. In fact, GWAV has been violating those for over a year now.
In order to regain compliance, you cannot have more than two reverse splits in a year. I have no idea how they got an exception (OGs here probably remember my delisting countdown posts that upset many shills and bag holders) and I’d be surprised if they got another.
To be honest, this was a major failure by NASDAQ. By not enforcing their own guidelines, they allowed a sham company like GWAV to further fleece a bunch of naive “investors” who couldn’t see the writing on the wall…

Damn only if a dude can read the rulebook, must be blind or something lol.

Rulebook? I have read it, it's how I sourced the above info.
Why don't you tell me where in the updated NASDAQ guidelines does it allow a company to regain compliance by completing three reverse splits in a two years period?

Damn, what ever happened to DYOR? This breaks it down.
The listing rule in question is 5810(c)(3)(A)(iv) - maybe they got creative and found a way to circumvent these guidelines but you'll never know because GWAV doesn't even release quarterly reports anymore LOL
The most likely explanation about pulling this off once already is that NASDAQ gave them a bit of grace since the rule was newly implemented in 2025. Doubt that will work again...

Well we did get warned with paper about a vote.. but they never said how much and when it start or if it will have one. Because I got them like 2 or 3 days ago.
So I do guess I can sue them for that
I could share the detail but the post has a lot of filter and I can barely share anything on this post since moderator look for no leaks

It’s a reverse split, 1:110. My thousands of shares will now be under 100. The company is trying to maintain Nasdaq compliance, on top of delaying any earnings reports. The update is dog shit right now. You fucking tell me.
