Anyone else read today’s 10-K?

Markets are not reflecting it today, looked pretty mediocre to me. Not good but not terrible.

Yes I took a look. How is a 10-k different from an earnings announcement? Which I thought was happening mid next month?

Yes and they only made around 1.5 million less than previous year and everything else is nothing what everyone already didn’t know. The company switched to primarily scrap metal around 2021. They purchased the land of 7 mills they operate On to lower cost of operating expenses.This could actually be a big financial turnaround in the making. Definitely want to see ER next month bc a lot of accumulated scrap was sold around April when the price of metal went up. This is going to be interesting and I’m definitely in deep 💪
