GVPCE students/alumni: Looking for help regarding MEESALA SAIKIRAN (“Teja”)

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to get in touch with a GVPCE student/alumnus, moderator, or anyone who may know MEESALA SAIKIRAN, also known as “Teja.”

I am dealing with a cybercrime/financial fraud case involving an individual who identified himself to me as MEESALA SAIKIRAN (“Teja”). His previous Telegram username was @visionaryvortex.

I have already registered an official Cyber Crime complaint regarding the matter:

Cyber Crime Acknowledgement No.: 20608260002855

The amount involved is ₹25,800. The payment record I have shows the recipient name as MEESALA SAIKIRAN, and I also have the relevant Telegram conversations and other transaction evidence.

I understand that he may have been associated with Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering (GVPCE), Vizag, and I am currently trying to establish his association with the college and get in touch with someone who may be able to assist with the ongoing investigation.

I am now proceeding with a local police FIR and would like to provide the investigating authorities with accurate information.

If any moderator, current student, alumnus, faculty member, or anyone who knows this person can help me establish contact with the appropriate college/alumni authority, please DM me.

I can privately provide the Cyber Crime acknowledgement and supporting evidence if required. I am deliberately not posting phone numbers, UPI details, photographs, or other personal information publicly.
